Looking for something made especially for you? JM Designs 3D offers custom 3D design and printing services for customers who want a unique item created specifically for their needs.

How Custom Orders Work

Every custom project begins with your idea. Please contact us with as much information as possible, including:

A description of what you would like created
Reference photos or drawings, if available
Approximate size
Colors
Quantity needed
Any personalization or special details
Your desired completion date

After reviewing your request, we will let you know whether the project is something we can produce and provide you with a custom quote.

Custom Design & Setup Fees

Custom orders may require additional design, modeling, setup, testing, printing, assembly, and finishing time.

Because every custom project is different, pricing is determined individually based on the complexity of the design, materials required, print time, quantity, and additional labor.

Custom design work is priced separately from our regular store products.

Custom Order Discounts

Because custom orders require additional design and production work, discount codes, coupons, promotional offers, and storewide sales cannot be applied to custom orders.

Production Time

Custom work takes additional time. Production time will depend on the complexity of the project and our current production schedule.

We will provide an estimated turnaround time before the project begins.

Please contact us as early as possible if your project is needed for a particular event or date.

Design Approval

For projects requiring original design work, we may provide images or previews for approval before final production.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, additional changes may require additional design fees and may extend the completion time.

Intellectual Property

Customers requesting custom work must have the legal right or appropriate permission to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, characters, photographs, or other protected material submitted for the project.

JM Designs 3D reserves the right to decline any custom request that we cannot legally, safely, or reasonably produce.

Handmade 3D-Printed Products

Our products are created using 3D-printing technology. Small layer lines, minor surface variations, and slight differences between pieces are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

Every finished item is inspected by JM Designs 3D before shipment.
