Standard Items — 14-Day Returns

Not completely happy? Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the process.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized items (ship names, custom text, special color requests, made-to-request designs) are final sale and not eligible for return — unless the item arrives with a defect.

Defective or Damaged Items

Every single product is quality-checked by hand before it ships. But if something arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it's processed.
